Venmy MFS Terms of Service

Welcome to Venmy MFS! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our mobile financial services platform ("Services"), provided by Venmy Global LLC ("Venmy," "we," "us," or "our"). Venmy.co is a platform owned and operated by Venmy Global LLC. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

Merchant Payment Solutions: Facilitate payments between businesses and their customers.
Mobile Top-Ups and Bill Payments: Pay utility bills and top up mobile credits directly from your wallet.
Compliance Tools: Built-in tools to ensure transactions comply with AML/KYC/CTF regulations.
Fees for our Services, including transaction fees, are outlined on our website and in your account dashboard. By using the Services, you agree to:
Pay all applicable fees promptly.
Authorize Venmy to deduct fees directly from your wallet or linked payment method.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive practices
Violating any applicable laws or regulations, including AML and CTF regulations
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform or its data
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Venmy shall not be liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services
Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
Interruptions or delays in the Services
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you:
Violate these Terms or any applicable laws
Engage in activities that could harm Venmy or its users
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on Venmy.co are owned by Venmy Global LLC. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through arbitration in the USA, unless prohibited by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on our platform or contacting you directly. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
